How to request Deletion
To to request deletion of your account on Crescendo by Sependa, or any of its white label versions, follow these steps:
🔹 Email support@crescendoapp.com from the account email associated with your license.
🔹 Subject line: "Account deletion request".
🔹 Include app/organization name and account email.
🔹 Await confirmation + completion notice.
What will be removed
The following data will be permanently removed:
🔹 Login and account identifiers
🔹 Associated profile/account metadata
🔹 Account activity history
🔹 Support-related account records (if applicable)
Crescendo does not capture or store your content files; files stored locally on your Android or iOS device will be deleted when you sign out of your Crescendo account or uninstall the app.
