Sependa, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates Crescendo Web, Crescendo iOS, and Crescendo Android (collectively, "Crescendo"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of Crescendo.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Crescendo Web, Crescendo iOS, and Crescendo Android apps. By using Crescendo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
In order to use Crescendo, we ask you to provide a username, which may be personal data that could be used to identify you.
Crescendo requests authorization to access the following:

- Read Google Drive/SharePoint/OneDrive/Box/Salesforce file and folder metadata. Crescendo scans folders and file descriptions to determine the data that must be accessed via Crescendo, and to determine particular functions and features that particular files will possess.
For example, only folders that contain the description [Crescendo] are available for access via Crescendo. Also, the order in which files are displayed is set according to their descriptions. For example, the file description [Crescendo-Sort:1] ensures that the file is displayed first in the window. - Download content to Crescendo. Crescendo downloads folders and files to your iOS device to allow offline access. Downloaded content is never shared with anyone, including Sependa, except when a file is explicitly shared by the user (e.g., via email).
- Update content. Crescendo syncs data on your device with your Google Drive/SharePoint/OneDrive/Box/Salesforce content in order to keep data up to date.
- Read Google Drive/SharePoint/OneDrive/Box/Salesforce file and folder metadata. Crescendo scans folders and file descriptions to determine the data that must be accessed via Crescendo, and to determine particular functions and features that particular files will possess.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser and your app send whenever you log into Crescendo.
This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, pages/screens visited, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages/screens, and other statistics. We do not access, read, analyze, or store the content of your files.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our site.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
We store your personal information for a period of time consistent with our business purposes. We retain your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the retention period expires for a given type of data, we delete or destroy it. You may request that your data be deleted by emailing us at contact@crescendoapp.com.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of Apr 22, 2026, and will remain in effect except with respect to future changes to its provisions, which will be effective immediately after being posted on this page.
