Sependa, Inc ("us", "we", or "our") operates Crescendo Web, Crescendo iOS and Crescendo Android – to be referred to as “Crescendo". This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Crescendo Web, Crescendo iOS and Crescendo Android.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Crescendo Web, Crescendo iOS and Crescendo Android apps. By using Crescendo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


Information Collection And Use

In order to use Crescendo, we will ask you to provide us with your username, which may contain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

Crescendo requests that you authorize it for Read-Only access to:

    1. Read Google Drive/Sharepoint/OneDrive/Box/Salesforce file and folder metadata. Crescendo scans folders and files descriptions to determine the data that must be accessed via Crescendo, and to determine particular functions and features that particular files will possess.
      For instance, only folders that contain the description [Crescendo] are readily available for access via Crescendo. Also, the order in which files are displayed is set according to its description. For instance, the file description [Crescendo-Sort:1] ensures that that file is displayed as the first object in the window.
    2. Download content to Crescendo. Crescendo downloads folders and files to your iOS device to allow offline access. Downloaded content is never shared with anyone, including Sependa, except for the cases when a file is explicitly shared by the user i.e. via email.
    3. Update Content. Crescendo will sync data on your device with your Google Drive/Sharepoint/OneDrive/Box/Salesforce content in order to keep data up to date.


Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser and your app sends whenever you log into Crescendo.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We never access, read, analyze or store the content of your files.


Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.
